ARADI / FEATURE GUIDE

AI ordering & conversation rules

Give the assistant your shop’s menu and service rules, then test the ordering conversation before using it with customers.

The actual Aradi interface, populated with a fictional shop and sample records.
01

Your menu is the starting point

The shop workspace holds the menu, availability, sizes and prices used during ordering. Editable conversation rules cover the greeting, tone, opening hours, busy periods and when staff help is needed. Keep the opening short and use the rules to explain the shop’s actual service.

02

Confirm details before an order is final

Item changes and delivery details need to be understood and confirmed. The assistant should ask when speech or an address is unclear rather than fill gaps with a guess. Customer-menu voice assistance works with the draft basket; the diner reviews and submits the final order themselves.

03

Test the real connection, then review

The browser test uses the configured AI connection and microphone permission. Review the result and any call records available under your recording settings. The public website’s animated waveform is a scripted illustration; it does not place a call or connect to a live shop. Noise reduction helps, but cannot guarantee that every background voice is removed.

Getting started

  1. 1

Prepare an accurate menu and shop rules.

  2. 2

Run a browser voice test and check the order details.

  3. 3

Adjust the rules and arrange telephone setup if required.

Setup & availability

Live AI use needs a configured provider and available usage credit. Answering a telephone number needs separate telephone-provider setup; provider usage is separate from the platform subscription.
