01

Keep the printer connection

The current counter apps connect to aradi.uk for the shop’s online receipt queue and keep the configured local printer. Older official print apps remain supported through the compatibility service. A server-domain change does not change a printer’s local IP address, install its driver or prove physical output; check those on the actual device before service.

02

Use Android Counter without a second app

Android Counter 0.3.1 combines the local counter and native network printing. Use your shop owner or Counter app staff sign-in. Set up the IP printer inside Printer → Network printer setup, choose matching paper and save automatic printing. The app pairs the website/AI receipt queue internally, within the shop’s three-device limit. Legacy print-only credentials are still listed for older bridge apps; they are not needed by Android Counter. Upgrade over the existing Print Bridge to retain its Android identity and settings. This beta still needs physical device/printer verification.

03

Choose the connection that fits the printer

The desktop counter can print through its configured local printer. A separate bridge can receive the shop’s print queue, and the Android bridge supports its available network-printer modes, including compatible receipt printers or HP/IPP A4. Browser printing opens the normal print dialogue; automatic printing needs a configured app or bridge.

04

Check the paper when the outcome is unclear

The print queue records attempts and their reported state. A submitted job means data was sent; it is not universal proof that paper came out. Uncertain attempts are not blindly repeated. Check the printer and paper before choosing a manual retry. Receipt layout and logo rendering depend on the print mode and device.
