Use your shop’s current QR
Download the kitchen QR from the shop’s Kitchen display settings. New QR destinations use aradi.uk, including when downloaded through the older website. The shop token stays the same; the manager’s kitchen code is still required. Previously printed links continue to work.
Preparation details, clearly presented
Kitchen tickets show item names, quantities, sizes, removed and added ingredients, sauce, crust and notes. The separate kitchen display leaves prices, payment information and customer contact details out of the preparation view. Long orders can be read within their own ticket.
Each station ticks its part
Define stations such as Pizza, Grill & sides and Pack & check. Assign item groups or specific menu categories, choose colours and arrange the station sequence. Tapping a station marks it complete on the shared queue; tapping again undoes it. Station ticks do not automatically dispatch an order or record payment.
Move a ticket to the right queue position
In the manager’s Kitchen display, each active ticket shows a queue position and a three-line handle. With All stations selected, drag the handle into a gap between tickets; the queue scrolls when you hold near an edge. You can also tap the handle and choose a numbered position. For example, moving the twelfth ticket before the third makes it queue position 3 and shifts the later tickets back. The order code, payment and station ticks do not change. The saved order is shared with every connected kitchen screen; ordinary kitchen-code users cannot rearrange it. New arrivals follow the current active manual queue. Completed or dispatched tickets leave the queue. Reset automatic order returns to the configured priority. Queue changes require shop-management settings permission and an online connection; conflicting edits are rejected for refresh rather than overwriting another manager.
Choose the view that suits the station
A screen can focus on one station or show the whole queue. The manager sets the queue priority and horizontal direction; each device chooses its own light or dark appearance. Orders can be reached through the number strip or by swiping. Connected, visible screens normally check for updates every second. The homepage’s animated kitchen is an illustration of the workflow; the shop display shows actual preparation tickets.
Try the homepage kitchen preview
The homepage Kitchen tab illustrates one sample order travelling from the counter to Pizza, Grill, Sides and collection. On laptops, the complete illustration scales to the available window height, with the stage controls beside it. Phones retain the stacked illustration and controls below. Choose a stage to pause and inspect it, or use Replay and Play. This is a demonstration, separate from the shop’s live preparation queue; it creates no order or print job.
Getting started
- 1
Set stations and queue rules in Kitchen display; use the ticket handles for a manual queue change.
- 2
Share the kitchen QR and its separate access code with the team.
- 3
Open the display, choose a station and tick preparation progress.
Setup & availability
Kitchen display must be activated for the shop. Shared progress needs internet; stale/offline views do not accept station edits. Changing the kitchen code signs previous displays out.
