ARADI · LAUNCH INFORMATION
A clear starting point.
Aradi is open for shop registration and setup requests. Shop management access is granted by the Aradi owner after approval or a valid access code. Service scope and any additional charges are agreed during setup.
Prices and payment requests
Platform prices and optional modules are set by the Aradi owner. A payment request records its own price, discount, GBP balance and reference. AI usage, telephone services, equipment, setup and tax treatment must be agreed separately. Scale needs an individual quote.
Manual Revolut payments
Payment takes place on the owner’s external Revolut link. Enter the exact GBP amount and request reference shown in your account, then report the transfer. Opening the link or reporting payment is not proof of payment. The owner checks receipt before granting panel access. These requests do not start automatic monthly debits or automatically manage renewals.
Discount and access codes
Owner-issued codes can have a percentage discount, usage limit, expiry and account or shop restriction. A valid 100% code grants owner-authorised access without another payment. A code use is reserved when a payment request is created; it is not automatically returned if that request is abandoned.
Android printer compatibility
The Android beta offers compatible ESC/POS thermal printing and a separate direct IPP A4 mode requiring verified JPEG, A4 and supported receipt settings on the actual printer. A network connection alone does not establish compatibility. USB, Bluetooth and manufacturer-specific built-in printers need separate support. The A4 system-print test still requires the Android print dialog and manual confirmation; choosing a default system printer does not configure direct IPP. Actual device and printer validation is required before shop use.
Your panel and connections
After authorised activation, your shop opens its own branded panel with menu and order management, browser AI testing, browser-printable receipts and the modules selected for that shop. The POS module currently provides CSV exports and manual external references. Telephone AI, incoming caller ID, automatic physical printing, POS synchronisation and live staff transfer each need separate compatible setup. Activation does not connect those external services.
Windows automatic receipt printing
Aradi Print Bridge is a Windows desktop application connected with shop-specific print credentials. It requires a compatible printer installed in Windows, an awake computer and an internet connection. It can receive queued tickets while the browser panel is closed. Existing tickets from before bridge setup are not automatically printed. Interrupted or uncertain print attempts require review before another copy is sent. The first release is an unsigned beta; validation on the shop’s Windows computer and actual printer is still required.
Your account and payment requestsGoogle Maps display
When Google Maps is enabled by Aradi, delivery maps use Google Maps to display shop pins and driver positions during an active shift. Google receives the information needed to provide the map, including the map area and normal browser connection information. Route calculations, traffic estimates, geocoding and in-app Google navigation are not connected in this version. Recorded driver distances remain based on Aradi GPS records.
