Read the numbers in context
Reports show order counts, order value, average order and popular items for the chosen period. Cancelled orders, order status and payment records affect different totals. Order value is not the same as verified money in the bank; use the finance section to examine recorded payments, refunds and cash-drawer activity.
Connect feedback to the order
Eligible customers can review an order once. The shop can inspect ratings and comments alongside the order, its date and items. Feedback summaries help reveal dishes that are regularly liked or need attention. Small samples should be read alongside the individual comments rather than treated as a final verdict.
Use detail views and exports
Choose a date range, inspect the relevant section and export the supported CSV records where available. Driver reports separately show deliveries, tracked distances, time and agreed pay records. Access is controlled by the shop owner and the activated modules. The animated figures on the public website are fictional preview data.
Getting started

- 2
Compare order activity, popular items and feedback.
- 3
Open the related financial or driver records for more detail.
Setup & availability
Advanced reports and the required staff permissions must be active. Results reflect records actually saved in Aradi, not sales held only in an unconnected external till.
