Keep your ordering QR
Customer ordering QR codes now lead to aradi.uk/order/ with the shop’s existing token. Downloading the QR does not replace it, reset customer accounts or create a new shop. Older printed links use the compatibility service; only an explicit QR replacement by Aradi changes the token.
A menu designed for a phone
The shop’s QR opens its own ordering page. Item details open before a purchase is committed; plus and minus controls manage the basket, and pizza sizes are chosen in a compact picker. A small floating basket keeps the total within reach without covering the menu.
Make returning easier
Customer profiles can hold contact details, delivery addresses and order history. Returning-customer sign-in follows the shop’s configured flow; initial SMS verification requires a configured messaging service. Frequent purchases can appear as regular choices after the required purchase history is reached. Contact imports alone do not create verified diner accounts.
Keep the customer informed
A submitted customer order waits for shop acceptance. Preparation estimates use the shop’s collection/delivery and busy-period settings. The customer sees status, can report a delay and can leave one review for an eligible order. AI basket assistance is optional and does not submit the final order on the customer’s behalf.
Getting started
- 1
Finish the menu, availability and service-time settings.
- 2
Share the shop QR and check the customer view on a phone.
- 3
Accept incoming orders and keep their status up to date.
Setup & availability
Public ordering needs an activated shop and a published menu. SMS, AI and online payment connections require their own configuration. Shop QR replacement is controlled by Aradi administration.
