Payments, cash drawer & driver accounts

01

Keep order value separate from money received

An order total records what was ordered. Payment, refund and cash-drawer entries record different financial events. Use the finance tools to review these records and any opening or counted cash figures rather than treating every confirmed order as paid. External payments still need to be accurately recorded.

02

Review driver balances

Driver accounts can record agreed rates, eligible deliveries, tracked distance, pay entries and customer cash handovers. Unknown GPS distance is not silently treated as a short trip. Pay entries document a real payment or adjustment; they do not send money. A card-terminal amount connection depends on a compatible provider being selected and integrated.

Setup & availability

Financial editing needs explicit permission. These tools record shop activity; they do not replace a configured bank/payment integration or professional accounts review.
