ARADI / FEATURE GUIDE

Desktop apps & authorised offline service

Use the Mac or Windows counter for walk-in orders and local printing within the account’s authorised offline window.

01

Start the day with a valid authorisation

Managed subscriptions check access against server time. The app needs an online check at the start of the authorised service period, and a restart or resume can require a fresh check. Changing the computer clock does not extend a valid time grant. Saved work is retained if access expires.

02

Know which work stays local

The authorised counter can keep walk-in orders locally and synchronise saved records after reconnection. Live AI, customer QR ordering, driver maps and shared kitchen updates need their online services. Native app changes need a new release; online workspace sections follow website updates. Beta installers use the normal operating-system installation process.

Getting started

  1. 1

Download the correct Mac or Windows app.

  2. 2

Sign in with the correct owner or staff account type.

  3. 3

Complete the online access check and printer setup.

Setup & availability

Offline access is bounded by the server-issued authorisation and selected permissions. It is not unlimited offline operation.
